Office Hours / Appointments:

Our office hours are Tuesday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. and occasional Mondays from 8:00 a.m. - noon as needed for surgery and surgical follow-up. (Note: One Monday per month, patients are seen at the clinic in Orange, VA.) Patients are seen by appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call our office at least 48 hours in advance. Our office will be happy to reschedule your appointment for you.

Prescriptions:

For refills on your prescription,please call our office during regular business hours. Please ask to speak with our nurse or leave a message regarding your prescription. Please leave your full name, address, telephone number, date of birth, name of medication, and your pharmacy's area code and phone number. We will call-in your prescription by the next business day. Please note that we are unable to prescribe medication that was not originally provided by our office or refill prescriptions older than 12 months.

Telephone Calls:

Please call our office if you have questions about your medications, instructions from a recent visit, or skin care. Our trained staff is available to assist with your concerns.

Insurance and Billing:

Our billing office personnel will be happy to answer any questions or concerns regarding our fees or insurance policies. Copayments, if applicable, are expected by cash or check at the time of your visit. We will file claims with all insurance carriers; please check with your insurance company to see if we are a participating physician or are in your approved network of providers. If you have questions about your particular insurance carrier or coverage, please contact your insurance company prior to your visit to have your questions answered. If your insurance company requires you to have a referral, please contact your primary care physician prior to your appointment with us to obtain the referral and bring the referral information with you to your appointment. Please inform our office immediately of any change in your insurance coverage.
